Our new Executive Chef Darren Clements brings to the Geebung RSL, 25 years’ experience in the hospitality industry ranging from high end hotels with multiple outlets, Michelin star restaurants, to large scale catering for royalty, world leaders and Hollywood stars for up to 3500 guests.
Having spent many years overseas broadening his culinary knowledge, Darren is now looking to create varied dining options here throughout the venue.
The menus have been developed to give plenty of choice to our guests. An eclectic mix of ingredients and flavours some that are familiar, given a twist or used to create something new by the addition of a favourite spice or technique.
Our food is produce driven with a focus on freshness and a point of difference being the creation of many items made in house from start to finish.
Lunch 12.00pm – 2.00pm 7 days a week
Dinner Sunday to Thursday – 5.30pm– 8.00pm | Friday and Saturday – 5.30pm– 8.30pm
